for lads and girls who don't need an hour to get ready for
Alton Towers, or for people who claim to be students (who isn't?),
or adventurous people from places like Essex who would rather save on accommodation
costs and spend the remainder on booze and theme parks.

electric and cold water, proper loo (with paper), small gas cooker, pots and
pans etc.
Heating by Calor gas fire.
No
bathroom.
Noisy roof if raining.
Bedding provided, NOT towels.
Stunning views
Do not consider this option if you have a partner who needs to do hair, eyes and nails before facing the world - you may find yourself leaving on your own.
Ideal for two/four smallish people or those who like to 'get close' (beds are small). There are two small doubles with panelled screening that closes, so 'good friends' might consider it suitable for four.
It is an adventure because there is no hot water on tap and no bathroom. Boil a kettle and wash in a bowl or jump in the pond. There is a mains toilet, and when it rains, the most wonderful sound on the roof. We will provide the bedding and tea and coffee.
You bring the food, the drink, towels and earplugs.
All
visitors may enjoy the use
of the tennis court, fishing pond, BBQ and of course safe and secure off-road
parking.
