For those of you who want to feel alone for a romantic getaway, or who may be seeking a place where you can argue about the sat. nav. letting you down, this may be for you.
Detached and overlooking a large pond, where you could fish or just watch prawn crackers thrown by B&Bs being ignored by the carp (they don't like monosodium glutamate), you could choose the cottage, with or without breakfast.

Cooking facilities are available.
Central Heating is provided for a short period morning and evening, apart from the summer months when electric heaters are available, (electricity is metered).

Towels are only provided for B&B guests.

Entertainment: books, TV, games and radio.

Immediately outside the cottage is an area set aside for guests to relax, dine, and BBQ. The remainder of the grounds, including the tennis court, are available for shared use. The cottage is surrounded on three sides by pasture land, accessible from our garden.

Parents of young children and adults who like a drink - please note that the pond is not fenced.

10% discount on prices for stays of 3 nights or more.

Breakfast is served in the main cottage.

Self catering prices
Deduct £5 per person per night from the above prices.

Below you will see some images of the barn/cottage where you can choose either B&B or self catering. The cottage is ideal for a couple but will accommodate up to 4/5. Downstairs has an open plan lounge/diner, double bed, shower room and kitchen. Upstairs, via an open tread staircase, are two singles (can be pushed together) and room for another mattress. If your group doesn't appear to fit then don't hesitate to ask us to use our imagination. The barn/cottage will only ever accommodate one party, never people unknown to you. Remember also that we have rooms in the main house.

All visitors may enjoy the use of the tennis court, fishing pond, BBQ
and of course safe and secure off-road parking. WIFI is only available in the B&B cottage.

Please note that smoking is only permitted outside.
Arrival is after 4pm and departure by 10am. Breakfast is served until 9.15.
