The
cottage is surrounded
by pasture land, accessible from our garden. From the
cottage entrance guests look out across a large fishable pond towards the hills
of Dovedale
Immediately
outside the cottage is an area set aside for guests to relax, dine, and BBQ. The
remainder of the grounds, including the tennis court, are available for shared
use (ours and B&B guests).
Many of our self catering guests bring pets; contrary
to local practice, we have no extra charge for this. We enjoy the company of well-behaved
pets, as well as well-behaved guests.

cottage stands in 2 acres and is ideal for TWO people, or comfortable for small
families (the
smaller the children and pets the more room!) contains one double and two single
beds. Please be advised that there is a step into the cottage, as well as low
ceiling heights.

The
cottage is centrally heated by Calor gas, available morning and evening and
included in the price.
Daytime heating will incur an extra
charge.
All
the usual appliances are provided: cooker, washing machine, microwave,
fridge, electric heater, TV, radio, iron etc.
