From all directions
From the south: our house is up a steep hill on the A52, approximately 3 miles from Ashbourne, in the direction of Leek and Stoke, or two miles from the B5032 . As the hill levels off we are on the right just after a turning on the left for Stanton, and the mileage sign (Leek Stoke Cheadle), B&B signs outside (we are the only property on the right). If you reach a lay-by on left you have overshot us. Take care turning in, we recommend you stick your hand out as well as indicating.

From the north: On A52, we are 1 mile after the Dog and Partridge pub in Swinscoe. Continue down the hill, B and B on the left almost opposite a lay-by which is on the right.
