If
you are interested in booking Bed
& Breakfast or
Self Catering then you should first make contact with us, either by email
or telephone to check
the availability.
Having
contacted us, if the dates that you require are free, we would ask you to
confirm your booking by email, (if you are able) giving us your name, address
and phone number.
If we do not receive a confirming email, we will assume
you have changed your mind.
Having received your confirmation we will reserve the dates for you for up
to FOUR working days, by which time we would expect to have received your
deposit.
Deposits
B&B
We request a £12 deposit per person,
within 4 working days.*
On receipt of your deposit we will then confirm your booking; the
balance to be paid on arrival or departure.
Cancellation by you of less than 7 days' notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Self
catering
Once
you have confirmed your wish to book the self catering cottage we request
50% of the total amount, within 4 working days.*
On receipt of your deposit we will
then confirm your booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. The
full amount is payable for bookings made within 8 weeks
of the arrival date.
Cancellation
by you
A maximum of 50% of the full amount
is refundable, provided at least 4 weeks notice of cancellation is received.
For cancellations made after this no refunds are available unless we are able
to re-let the dates, in which case we will reimburse 50% of the full price.
Cancellation
by us
A
minimum of three months notice must be given, and any money paid would be
returned in full.
*Failure
to send the deposit promptly may result in the dates being offered to others.

Payment
We
cannot accept any payment by credit or debit card.
We
can accept payment through online banking, email us for details;
otherwise
