Booking
If
you are interested in booking Bed & Breakfast or Self Catering then you
should first make contact with us, either by email or telephone to check
the availability.

Having contacted us, if the dates that you require are free, we will ask you to email, (if you are able):
confirming
the agreed dates
and
supplying:
a contact name_____________
address___________________
phone number_______________
If
we do not receive a confirming email promptly (same day), we will assume you
have changed your mind and the dates will be open to others.
Having received your confirmation, address etc we will email a response, reserving the dates for you for up to THREE days, by which time we would expect to have received your deposit or full amount.
Deposits
We request a deposit of 50% of the total cost, within 3 days, if time permits.
Failure to send the deposit within 3 days may result in the dates being offered to others.
On receipt of your deposit/full amount, we will email confirming your booking.
The
balance (if any), to be paid on arrival or departure.
Those staying in the static van must pay the whole amount in advance.
Cancellation by you of less than 7 days' notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Cancellation by us: any amounts paid will be returned in full.
Payment
We
cannot accept any payment by credit or debit card. If
we did we would have to increase prices.
We
can accept payment for the deposit through online banking,
email us for details.
