bedrooms masquerading as 'en suite'
WE DO NOT HAVE THEM.
(we do not have en suite)

BUT WE HAVE GOT
a bathroom with hot and cold water,
a power shower, toilet (with a seat)
and new for this year, toilet paper.

AND WE ALSO HAVE
an 'en suite' tennis court,
off-road 'en suite' parking,
duvets, pillows, beds, towels,
warmth and wit.

We will, however, make you endless cups of real coffee or tea (scented stuff as well) and bring this to you as you watch TV, videos, or read from our extensive library. You could bask in front of a log fire, or sit outside taking in the views, or mow the grass (for a discount).

Our breakfasts are even cooked on the same day and after you have got up!
